Pursuit of individual and collective security through dependence on elite (presumed) benevolent leaders in a centrally controlled collectivist society that manages government, the economy and individuals in an attempt to provide cradle to grave security and equality of outcome; based on a coercive centralized bureaucracy with a monopoly on the use of force to redistribute wealth to those deemed worthy, relying on the wisdom of central planners to manage growth and create prosperity.
