The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) which is supposed to guard the American people from inappropriate searches for intelligence work including activities under the Patriot Act denied only 11 of 34,000 requests by the government for warrants. Essentially NEVER. It is literally a rubber stamp for anything the government wants to do. |
